Love shines no matter the weather! Devan and Moises’ warmth and joy radiated for beautiful Washington Oaks Gardens engagement photos. Thankfully, Florida winters are mild, and while we weren’t freezing, we did get a little wet. Instead of packing it in when it began drizzling, they continued to stroll down the beautiful pathways under the grand oak trees, dancing in the rain among the roses. Starting a life together doesn’t get much better than this.
Favorite Studios started photographing weddings, engagement pictures, and family photo sessions at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park in Palm Coast over 15 years ago. No matter the season or weather, this location is worth the drive. The park is ever-changing and always well-maintained. With each visit, we find new favorite spots of gorgeous flora. This engagement photography session was in January, and while we had some unexpected rain, it wasn’t too chilly. That is another reason why we love Florida!
We recommend changing the garden and beach outfits for two different moods. Tying in the wedding day color scheme is a great tip. These pictures look amazing on save-the-date photo cards and can carry the theme to your wedding reception and table settings. Devan and Moises chose outfits that matched their wedding colors of greens, tans, and soft white.
